How we work

Fixed-scope discovery first, then delivery in short increments you can see and test. You own the code, the documentation and the accounts throughout.

  1. 012–3 weeks

    Discovery

We map your current process, users and constraints, then define scope in writing.

You receive: scope, architecture outline, fixed proposal
  2. 022–4 weeks

    Design

Interface and data design, reviewed with the people who will use the system daily.

You receive: clickable prototype and design system
  3. 036 weeks+

    Build

Delivery in two-week increments, each one testable, with progress visible throughout.

You receive: working increments and source access
  4. 04Ongoing

    Launch & support

Deployment, training and documentation, then optional support at a level you choose.

You receive: handover pack and training
What you always get
Source code
In your repository, under your account, from the first commit.
Documentation
Written for the next team, not as a closing task.
Accounts
Cloud and service accounts are yours and stay yours.
Training
Your team is trained on the system, using your own data.
Handover
A phase with named outcomes, not an email at the end.
How we quote
Discovery
Fixed price, two to three weeks, and the output is yours either way.
Build
Quoted per phase against a scope you have agreed in writing.
Changes
Priced before the work starts, never discovered on an invoice.
Support
An optional retainer, written into the contract rather than assumed.
Engagement types

Four ways we work with organisations.

Fixed-scope project

A defined system, quoted per phase.

Dedicated team

Engineers embedded with yours for a period.

Discovery & design sprint

Two to three weeks, fixed price.

Support & maintenance retainer

Ongoing operation after handover.

Questions

The things clients ask first.

Discovery takes two to three weeks. A focused system — a dashboard, an internal tool, a website — is usually six to twelve weeks after that. Larger platforms run in phases, with something usable at the end of each phase rather than one delivery at the end.

You do. Source code, documentation, cloud accounts and data remain your property, handed over as part of delivery. We do not lock clients into hosting or licences they cannot leave.

Yes — most of our work involves integrating with software that is already in place rather than replacing it. Where an existing system has no API, we build the integration layer around it.

Both, honestly. We build custom models and agent workflows where they earn their cost, and we integrate established providers where that is the sensible choice. We will tell you which one your problem needs.

Yes. We offer a maintenance and support retainer, and we train your team so you are not dependent on it. Either arrangement is written into the contract, not assumed.

Yes. We supply the documentation, security information and formal quotations procurement processes require, and we can work through a local partner where regulations call for one.

Start with a discovery call.

It is free, and if the work is not a fit for us we will say so.
