Solutions

Systems built around the way your organisation actually works.

Every engagement starts with your process, not our template. The result is software your team adopts instead of works around.

What we are building in-house.

We are an early-stage company and we say so plainly. Each product below carries its real status — nothing is presented as launched before it is.

How we work

Fixed-scope discovery first, then delivery in short increments you can see and test. You own the code, the documentation and the accounts throughout.

Why SAYNIS

Local team, modern engineering, no black boxes.

A local team that works where you work

We work in Ethiopia and the Somali Region, in the languages and conditions our clients operate in — including intermittent power and bandwidth.

Senior people on your project

We are deliberately small. The engineers and designers in the discovery call are the ones who build the system.

Modern engineering practice

Version control, code review, automated testing, documented deployment. Standard elsewhere, still rare in the region.

No lock-in, no black boxes

Open standards, your accounts, your code, documentation written for another team to pick up.

How we build
Frontend
React, TypeScript, modern CSS — accessible interfaces that perform on low-end devices.
Backend
Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, REST and GraphQL APIs.
AI
Custom models where they earn their cost, established providers where they do not. Every AI feature can hand the task to a person.
Infrastructure
Docker, CI/CD, cloud or on-premise deployment with monitoring and backups from day one.
Practice
Code review on every change, automated tests, written documentation, handover as a deliverable.
Questions

The things clients ask first.

Anything not answered here, ask us directly — you will get a straight answer, including when the answer is no.

Discovery takes two to three weeks. A focused system — a dashboard, an internal tool, a website — is usually six to twelve weeks after that. Larger platforms run in phases, with something usable at the end of each phase rather than one delivery at the end.

You do. Source code, documentation, cloud accounts and data remain your property, handed over as part of delivery. We do not lock clients into hosting or licences they cannot leave.

Yes — most of our work involves integrating with software that is already in place rather than replacing it. Where an existing system has no API, we build the integration layer around it.

Both, honestly. We build custom models and agent workflows where they earn their cost, and we integrate established providers where that is the sensible choice. We will tell you which one your problem needs.

Yes. We offer a maintenance and support retainer, and we train your team so you are not dependent on it. Either arrangement is written into the contract, not assumed.

Yes. We supply the documentation, security information and formal quotations procurement processes require, and we can work through a local partner where regulations call for one.

Tell us what you need built.

Send a short description of your organisation and the problem. We reply within two working days with honest scope and next steps.
